Tara and LeAnn were homebrewers turned friends, who soon became cofounders, mothers, innovators, and entreprenuers. TALEA was founded as the two bonded over a passion for craft beer and the clear absence of breweries that spoke to customers like themselves (non-beer bros). They took the leap, and left their jobs in tech and media to focus on crafting Easy To Love beers made in New York City.
West Coast IPA
Fresh Coast is modern West Coast IPA, crisp & light gold in color, but still packs a burst of bitter citrus flavors. Brewed and dry hopped with mosaic and citra, you get a little funky dankness on the nose and initial tasting notes of grapefruit zest, followed by by the tropical, citrusy flavors of these hops that we know and love.
TART DECO TROPICBERRY
Tropicberry is back! Our original fruited sour and an absolute fan favorite, this full-bodied, luxurious sipper is brewed with Passion Fruit, Raspberry, and Pink Guava. The tart kick up front is followed by an abundance of fruit and a smooth, vanilla finish, making it a true work of art.
Red Gatorade, Cherry Icee, Spicy Pink Peppercorn.
We teamed up with the team at the legendary Dogfish Head Brewery to make this gose-style sour. They joined us on an epic shopping trip to bodegas all around McCarren Park to find the vibrant fruits and spices for this bright, spritzy beer. Bodegose is slightly sweet, perfectly tart, and as refreshing as a stroll through the park.
BLACKCURRENT & BOTANICAL
Inspired by a G&T; brewed with black currant, juniper, and other botanicals.
Few cocktails are more refreshing on a hot day than a Gin & Tonic: light, effervescent, a little sweet, with a lingering bitterness. We took our base lager and turned it into our version of a G&T. Brewed with black currant for a subtly fruity twist, along with juniper, gentian root, and other botanicals for a characteristically ginny finish.
Raspberry sorbet, chocolate shavings, perfect with Tony’s Everything Bar.
TALEA and Tony's Chocolonely have teamed up again, this time to make a chocolately sour that is *everything*! BERRY CHOCOLATE is a sour ale brewed with raspberry and cacao nibs, resulting in a tart and decadent beer that pairs perfectly with Tony's Everything Bar.
WEEKENDER AT BONNIES
Citrus, spicy ginger, refreshingly crisp.
Whether you're lucky enough to eat at Bonnie’s, or are trying to cook up something equally as flavorful at home, Weekender at Bonnie's is your perfect pairing. Inspired by Chef Calvin Eng’s playful creativity and complex, bold flavors, we partnered with him to create this clean, crisp lager brewed with pomelo and ginger. With bright, refreshing citrus and subtle ginger spice, this easy drinking lager is perfect on its own or paired with a flavorful meal.
Hazy Double IPA
Bubblegum, Coconut, Tangerine.
You know you can't resist a beer named "Gum Drop". Our latest Hazy DIPA was brewed with Sabro (hello coconut) and a new experimental hop named "Pink", which lend bright notes of papaya, tangerine, and bubblegum to this hazy treat.
SHE SELLS SEASHELLS
Light roast coffee, semi-sweet chocolate, sea salt.
This dry, light-bodied stout is brewed with oyster shells to give it a hint of salinity. Proceeds from every beer sold will be donated to Billion Oyster Project, a nonprofit organization on a mission to restore oyster reefs to New York Harbor through public education initiatives.
Mezcal smoke, squeeze of lime, slow burn.
We made this beer for us, but we’re excited to share it with you! Spicy Marg was dreamed up, brewed, and packaged by the women of TALEA in honor of Women’s History Month, and is inspired by a spicy mezcal margarita. It’s bold, tart, a little sweet, with just the right amount of spice. And for the record, it’s not a pink beer.

Smooth Sailing is the ultimate easy-drinking beer for a summer day on (or near) the open ocean. Malty and smooth with barely any bitterness, this Vienna-style lager has notes of toasted white bread with a hint of baking spices.
STRAWBERRY LEMONADE SPLASH
Lemon Italian Ice, pink Starburst.
Bring on spring with Strawberry Lemonade Splash. This light-bodied, tart, and refreshing sour is brewed with Strawberry, Lemon, and a hearty pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt, reminiscent of Lemon Italian Ice and Country Time Lemonade.
Watermelon Jolly Rancher, citrusy bitterness.
Looking for the perfect picnic companion? Look no further than Watermelon Wheat Ale! The juicy sweetness of watermelon is balanced out by notes of citrusy bitterness, making for a supremely drinkable beer that’s sure to be a crowd pleaser.

A solid base layer is essential for wintertime exploring, and our BASE LAYER stout is a must have whether you’re venturing out or staying in. With dry notes of espresso and dark chocolate balanced outby a hint of dried cherries, this stout will provide a comforting warmth no matter how cold it gets out there!
Nitro Cream Ale
Honeysuckle, sourdough bread, white peppercorn.
Somewhere between an ale and a lager, there's Cascade Effect, our first Cream Ale! This beer's light body is complemented by dry, herbaceous notes of white peppercorn and honeysuckle. And despite its name, this beer contains no cream at all- we infuse it with nitrogen to give it its signature smoothness.
York Peppermint Pattie, candy cane, mocha latte.
What's better than a chocolatey, peppermint coffee on a cold winter's day? A Peppermint Mocha Stout, of course! Brewed with coffee, cacao nibs, and peppermint, this is your go-to cold weather coffee order in beer form.
CONCORD GRAPE SPLASH
Adult Welch's Grape Juice.
Your childhood is calling, along with the accompanying juicebox.We took our go-to Splash Sour base beer and added a few hundred pounds of Concord Grape puree, and a hint of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt. The result is exactly what we were hoping for: a refreshing, grown-up version of a childhood favorite.
Inspired by Ci Siamo's Lemon Torta! Notes of Bright Lemon and Whipped Meringue.
We teamed up with Head Chef Hillary Sterling, Beverage Director Robin Wright, and the team from Ci Siamo to create this bright, tart, yet smooth sour, inspired by their iconic Lemon Torta dessert. We combined Sicilian Lemon, Vanilla, and a hint of milk sugar to bring a taste of Ci Siamo's Italian flair to Brooklyn.
Bittersweet Chocolate, Caramelized Brown Sugar, Toffee.
One bite of the Black Bottom Oat pie from women-led, Brooklyn based bakery, Four & Twenty Blackbirds, and we knew we had to recreate it in beer form! The toasted oats create a rich, frothy creaminess while cocoa and brown sugar mimic the pie's perfectly balanced and decadent sweetness.
Tootsie Roll, Lightly Roasted Coffee, Baking Chocolate.
This classic porter is the perfect transition into fall. With notes of rich baking chocolate balanced out by roasty coffee flavors, COLD FRONT goes perfectly with the crunch of leaves and the crisp fall air.
Gooseberry, Passionfruit, White Peach.
Our friends at RGNY, a women-led winery with roots in Mexico, lent a hand with some fresh pressed Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon grape skins. These wine grapes supercharge the tropical fruit flavors from the Nelson Sauvin hops, giving us a Hazy IPA that's bright and tropical with unexpected depth.
Fresh Pineapple, Bartlett Pear, Lemon Zest.
Kick back and relax with this easy-drinking Hazy IPA. With lead hops of Citra and El Dorado, bright, citrus characters blend with pear and stone fruit flavors and aromas. At 5% ABV, this smooth, fruit-forward refresher will hit the spot and leave room for another.
Your mom's Pumpkin Pie - or - Brewed with McCormick Pumpkin Pie Spice.
Sometimes you just want a beer that tastes a bit like pumpkin pie. Nothing fancy, no roasted gourds or hand-zested cinnamon, just a nice, light-bodied ale with pumpkin pie spice. At 5% ABV, this is our take on a refreshing pumpkin beer and it's about as basic as it gets.

Festie is back just in time to celebrate Oktoberfest! This German-style amber lager brings notes of sweet toasted bread and hints of spice to the party, making for a crisp, medium-bodied beer that you’ll want to enjoy with a giant soft pretzel.
Werther's Caramels, Toffee, Toasted Pumpernickel Bread.
Grab your Dirndl (or Lederhosen!) and set the Oktoberfest mood with this Dunkel Lager. Dirndl is a classic dark lager that offers notes of rich caramel, toffee, and toasted pumpernickel bread. Pairs perfectly with a cool fall evening by the fire.
Rich, Tart, Gauva+Cheese Fan-Fan Doughnut in a Glass.
To pay homage to Fany Gerson and the sensational Fan-Fan Doughnuts, we created our Fan-Fan Fruited Sour. Brewed with wheat, oats, hundreds of pounds of Guava and lightly-toasted milk sugar, the result is a smooth, decadent, drinkable version of the Guava + Cheese Fan-Fan.
West Coast IPA
Lime Zest, Candied Orange, Fresh Pine.
Apres Hike is the perfect post-trail refresher. This West Coast IPA is brewed with Citra, Simcoe, and Cascade hops for a crisp, clean bitterness. With a color reminiscent of golden hour and 7.0% ABV, Apres Hike is best enjoyed post-trek with a mountain view.
PEACH COBBLER TART DECO
Tart, Sweet, and Decadent.
Summer is here and so are juicy, ripe peaches just begging to be thrown into a pie, a cobbler, and a beer. Brewed with peaches, raspberry, and vanilla, this Tart Deco has a tart kick up front, followed by an abundance of fruit and a smooth, round finish, making it a true work of art.
Delicate, Light, Hint of Fruit and Spice.
A classically clean German-style ale that is brewed like a lager, Coastin' Kolsch is delicate with subtle hints of honey, fruit, and spice. Named after the Cologne tradition where endless glasses of kolsch are brought to your table and tallied on your coaster until you place your coaster on top of your glass, this Coastin' Kolsch is the perfect beer to enjoy glass after glass.
Notes of Dried Pineapple Rings and Berry Compote.
This bright Hazy IPA features an experimental hop grown in the Pacific Northwest. Known for its ultra tropical and candy-like aromas and flavors, this IPA is classically fruit-forward and refreshing. Best enjoyed on a boat.
