Spring has (finally) hit NYC and as the urge to coordinate a gorgeous floral dinner party collectively hits the hostess friend of every group, TALEA is here to support. Join us for an evening of cake decorating and delicious drinks in our beautiful West Village location Nikki Pensabe of byPensa will lead you through a complete cake decor techniques class, including how to frost a cake smoothly, create inspired frosting decorations and write with buttercream. We’ll take decor inspiration from the florals, bright colors, and airiness of a dreamy Spring aesthetic.
TALEA offers light snacks, salad, and toasts so feel free to arrive early for dinner in the taproom, and then join us in the Snug for class at 6:30pm
