Pasta Party with Allora Pasta

Hosting season has us craving fresh pasta in ceramic blates, so before you throw your own pasta party, learn the basics from the experts. Join Talea & Allora Pasta on May 29th as we cover our hands in flour and take a deep dive into the world of handmade pasta. Throughout the 2 hour workshop, guests will learn how to make pasta dough & 2 handmade pasta shapes while enjoying a tasty charcuterie station, fresh pasta & great vibes to share with friends or meet strangers. The playlist, the bites, and the beer will have you fired up for Summer hosting. 

The Details:

-$80 per person 

-Hands on Pasta 101 Workshop where you’ll learn to make fresh pasta dough & 2 handmade pasta shapes (malloreddus and orecchiette)

-Charcuterie station with fresh fruit, assorted meats, cheeses & handmade focaccia 

-Fresh pasta tasting at the end of class including handmade pasta & seasonal sauce by Allora Pasta 

-You take home all the pasta that you make!
